FAQ
How long does it take from order to delivery?
Normally orders received before lunchtime will be completed the same day. If the order is placed after lunchtime, the delivery may be completed the same day or the next morning.
If you require a specific time of delivery, please consult a member of our booking team & we will do our utmost to accommodate your needs.
Is it possible to deliver and collect the skip on the same day?
Yes, it is indeed. We understand it can be difficult to leave skips sitting overnight in certain locations. Therefore, we can arrange delivery in the morning & collection the same evening.
How long can we keep a skip for?
Approx. 7 days. If you’d like to keep a skip longer, state the period of time you require the skip for when booking and we will do our best to accommodate you.
What we can or can not be placed in a Skip?
Nearly everything found in a house clean out or construction site is allowed into a skip. If you need further information, please contact a member of our booking team.
How to Pay for your Skip?
Payment can be made to the driver at the point of delivery. If it isn’t possible to meet the driver due to work or other commitments, We offer the ability to make payments over the phone to a member of our booking team.
